We take the busy out of the business! 

Valet Service is a FREE benefit for clients of Vincent’s Heating & Plumbing who are VHP Club members. This is a terrific service for clients who have a difficult time scheduling an appointment because of their work schedule or other time conflicts—or just for the convenience.

We consider it a badge of honor that over the years hundreds of clients have entrusted us with the keys to their home. These people don’t just trust us to take care of their plumbing, heating, and cooling system—they trust us with their homes. But it’s not so unusual when you consider that trust is about relationships: you can tell a lot about a company and its people when you call and get a familiar voice and you see the same technicians year after year. And all of Vincent’s office staff and technicians are long-timers.

Now we are making the privilege of Valet Service a benefit of your VHP Club membership. It’s pretty simple: You authorize us to work in your house when you’re not there and provide us a key. Then no more worries about missing work or other conflicts in your schedule.

Here are 7 reasons why you can have confidence in our Valet Service:

  1. All of our employees — technicians and office staff — are bonded for your peace of mind.

  2. All of our technicians have been with us for years — you’ve probably met them.

  3. Your key is secured when not in use. Plus your personal information is not kept with the key in storage—keys are identified only by a numeric code for your security and peace of mind.

  4. Except for same-day emergency repair service, we will provide you with advance notice of when we’re coming PLUS we’ll call to remind you the day before. (This way you’ll remember to secure your pets.)

  5. We’ll call you when we’re through or if there are any decisions to be made.

  6. When you have a breakdown needing a repair, just call us and we’ll get there the same day. You can go to work or whatever else you had planned with no worries.

  7. To sign up for the Valet Service, we’ll even make arrangements to get the key and to obtain your signature on the Service Authorization.
