We have had VHP service our h ok me equipment for a long time now, and are extremely pleased with their service on both our furnace and our AC units. Michael, our service young man is like part if our family, he has been the expert that has been coming to our home 99% of the time, spring & summer and we trust to leave him to do his job even when we have step out to care for other matters. Today was the annual maintenance on my furnace (hot water boiler) and air conditioner. As usual I was not disappointed, Michael is so knowledgeable and patiently answers all my questions. We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!
