We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We had a knocking sound in our hot water baseboard heating system. Mike came out and diagnosed the issue and did a complete flush of the system along with replacing a few older components. The furnace has never been so quiet. Mike was courteous, completely clear in his explanation of the work he would do, and was on time. We've always been pleased with the service from VHP.

Person who checked the unit was very thorough in doing his job. When he entered explained to me that my unit was over 20 years old and said new units would be going up in January 2023. I asked about the furnace and was told it has been one of the most dependable units (Amana) they have had. So, for more efficiency I ordered a new air conditioning unit!
