Several issues were involved today for dishwasher, bathroom faucet, kitchen sink faucet and disposal. All were repaired saving me the replacement cost. The vintage bathroom faucet cannot be replaced. Very glad it could be repaired. And all my question concerning the projects were answered in a kind and clear way. Work was completed in a very timely fashion.

Marvin did an excellent job with his inspection of our city mandated sprinkler back flow preventer. He was prompt, efficient and very professional. I would definitely recommend him to others needing a master plumber!

He listen as I explained how and when the problem began, he also went under the house where pipes are exposed (no need to cut whole in wall. What the other young plumber told me, he nice polite but needs to listen to customer, maybe the customers old but they do have old-school knowledge and know where their damn pipes)So glad I requested to see the master!!!! Rick has been here before as an apprentice. He is well mattered, just as he was then. He kept us well informed, very professional, and put up with all my non stop talking. They always take the time to clearly explain the job that needs to be done and outline what is involved, providing me with a concise quote before starting any work. Their maintenance program is outstanding, ensuring that my equipment is always performing at its best. When my old furnace began to show signs of aging, the technician reminded me of the previous years that I needed to consider replacing it. They were right, and when my furnace eventually failed, they stepped in to assist me without saying, "I told you so." Instead, they asked “how can we help”. I've been a loyal VHP customer since 2001 and can't imagine working with anyone else. The valet program allows me to get great service when it works in their schedule without me taking time away from my work.
