I had a question about the gurgling sound my recently installed sump pump was making. The manager, Marvin, came out and checked it and said it was operating the way it should and he explained why it sounds that way. He was friendly and came out the same day I called. I realized my furnace had stopped working at 1:30 PM. I called to request a repair visit. At 3:20 PM Marvin called me at my friend's home to tell me the furnace was fixed. He explained what had happened and what he he done. His details were very clear and I was able to understand them. He was terrific. The employees in the office were also great!!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with this company from beginning to end. They arrive when they say they are coming, my technician was very knowledgeable about my situation and provided multiple choices, with no pressure to buy a certain level water system. He came back to install and had drop cloths and everything, just like Blue Water Kitchens. Marvin left everything as clean as when he arrived on what was a full day of installation. Technician arrived within the time window specified, got right to work on the flush of the on demand hot water heater, he identified a problem with the PC board and contacted the manufacturer who agreed that the board needed to be replaced and it was sent priority overnight mail, technician left the area as he found it, would definitely recommend Vincent heating and plumbing to friends and family.

Called office with my A/C problem about a water leak. The lady I talked to said someone would be able to come over in about 2 hours. I knew that all of the technicians would be busy, no problem. He showed up as promised. After going over our A/C unit eliminating multiple possible problems he found the problem. Easy fix he said, I've got the part right in the truck. He even straightened out a small drain hose so it drained better.

Marvin is a great technician, and your company provides great service. I don’t mind paying a bit more when I’m able, but if money is tight, I’d definitely have to look elsewhere as VHP is pretty pricey.
