I had a question about the gurgling sound my recently installed sump pump was making. The manager, Marvin, came out and checked it and said it was operating the way it should and he explained why it sounds that way. He was friendly and came out the same day I called. Marvin and the whole Vincent's plumbing company provides stellar customer service!! Thank you!!

Marvin and Brianna (I think) arrived when they were scheduled (no "they'll be there between 8 and 1" (Comcast I'm talking to you)).
