Nathan B was great! He did all and more to get my furnace running. Put up with all my cats and dogs. 🤣🤣That’s a plus in my eyes. Not having to pen them up. I world highly recommend him. Especially on an icy cold night! Five Stars in our eyes. Thanks Nathan!!

I was extremely pleased with the service Nathan provided today on my furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional. He smelled gas and investigated potential issues and reassured me that everything was ok. He went into our crawl space to check for a possible gas leak and while down there took pictures and informed me of a water leak I had in my crawl space. Because of Nathan taking the time to explain to me the benefits of having my water heater and air conditioner serviced I decided to go ahead and sign up to have Vincent’s service them also. Nathan answered my numerous questions with easy for me to understand answers Actually he far exceeded all my expectations and I am VERY pleased with the service he provided me with. He was just here to service my furnace - but took the initiative to identify and inform me of other potential problems.

Nate never hesitates to tackle any job. No matter how dirty or long. He is always looking out for our units to give them their maximum efficiency and lifetime. We really appreciate his attention to detail.

Nathan was at my house for 4 hours. I had no heat. He went above and beyond with the repairs and fixing 4 radiators that were no longer working. He is knowledgeable and polite and dedicated. When I need VHP again I will be requesting Nathan! VHP should be glad they have such good employee!

My technician Nathan was friendly, knowledgeable and skillful. He discovered why the furnace was noisy, offered a full explanation about the origin of the noise and promptly fixed the problem. He thoroughly answered all my questions regarding today's repair as well as other concerns I have with my heating/cooling system. In addition, I wanted to sign up for an HVAC maintenance program which he was able to do for me. Looking forward I am confident I will receive the same level of professionalism and quality care in a few months when I have them back here to check out the AC unit.
