how many times does it take to confirm an appointment
Technician was great. Receptionist was accommodating once I called to find out where the tech was. I had an appointment scheduled. I verified the appointment time prior. I was outside when a call came in that morning and the technician was sent to another work order because I didn't answer phone. This was upsetting, since I had another scheduled appointment I had to go to. If I hadn't had another appointment I had to be at, this would have been mute, although still irritating since I had confirmed via the phone call I had the day prior.
