Nathan did a good job. He was here Saturday night. He found many problems and after the parts arrived he found more. I feel that many of your people don't have enough experience on this system. We had problems after it was installed 1yr ago and it took to or three visits from different techs to solve. I'm beginning to believe this system is not as reliable as your salesman stated.

VHP installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning system and a new water heater in our home, and I highly recommend them. The new equipment is great, the installation was very well done, and the customer service is fantastic!

Every time I have you out to do a tune up, it starts at a fare price and it ends up costing five times as much.

Greg provided the usual capable prompt service we have come to expect with each service call.

andy came and gave our furnace and ac their annual checkup...he secured the furnace unit that had 'loosen' over time, so it runs quieter..and gave us peace of mind that our furnace and ac would be 'up and running' for another season..thanks
