Nathan did a good job. He was here Saturday night. He found many problems and after the parts arrived he found more. I feel that many of your people don't have enough experience on this system. We had problems after it was installed 1yr ago and it took to or three visits from different techs to solve. I'm beginning to believe this system is not as reliable as your salesman stated.

VHP installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning system and a new water heater in our home, and I highly recommend them. The new equipment is great, the installation was very well done, and the customer service is fantastic!

Very good explained everything

I was very happy with our overall experience with VHP. I called at 8am and our furnace was fixed by 11am. Michael was prompt, courteous, and very nice. No up-selling and no pressure, either. We will be needing a full replacement sooner than later (which we already knew) and we'll definitely be calling VHP to request Michael when the time comes.

Very pleased with service , lot of work goes into replacing an air conditioner Tom and T3 were very efficent and was very impressed .with their hard work..They were both very nice guys . Thanks to both of them will pass the word if any one else needs work done. Will call when ready for a new furnace for sure. Thanks Randy for helping me make the right choice with out feeling pressured.

He went above required duties to point out possible cause of white dust and went even further to suggest a solution to this problem. I feel our home is in good hands when he pulls into the driveway.
