Rickie has been to my home twice for 2 different plumbing problems. Its nice to see a familiar face! As usual he listened to my problem, checked it out and repairs done. And put the stuff back under the sink. I trust him and Vincent's is always my first call for plumbing problems.

Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

I noticed my garage windows were steamed up so I went to investigate. My water heater was spraying hot water out of a valve and I couldn’t reach the water turn off. I called Vincent’s heating and plumbing and told them the problem. They got Rickie out very quickly and he told me what the issue was and what needed to be done. He explained the options and then got to work right away to repair the water heater issue. He was very professional, friendly, and cleaned up the water that was on the floor when he was done working on it. I highly recommend giving VHP a call.
