We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

Like he first time he worked on our old heating boiler, he found the problems quickly, and gave me the cost, had the necessary parts and in a few hours the heat was working perfectly again. He stayed a bit to make sure everything was working properly and after double checking the boiler, down to even to the wiring all is running well. Thank you Michael!

We had no heat, and Vincent's service tech Michael did an excellent job. He was on time and found the problem with our boiler for our baseboard heating system quickly. He had the parts on hand and you could tell he was well qualified to make the necessary repairs and did so in short order. I would highly recommend them. They are our go to company for the all of the services they specialize in!!

We had a knocking sound in our hot water baseboard heating system. Mike came out and diagnosed the issue and did a complete flush of the system along with replacing a few older components. The furnace has never been so quiet. Mike was courteous, completely clear in his explanation of the work he would do, and was on time. We've always been pleased with the service from VHP.
