Nathan did a good job. He was here Saturday night. He found many problems and after the parts arrived he found more. I feel that many of your people don't have enough experience on this system. We had problems after it was installed 1yr ago and it took to or three visits from different techs to solve. I'm beginning to believe this system is not as reliable as your salesman stated.

Like he first time he worked on our old heating boiler, he found the problems quickly, and gave me the cost, had the necessary parts and in a few hours the heat was working perfectly again. We had no heat, and Vincent's service tech Michael did an excellent job. He was on time and found the problem with our boiler for our baseboard heating system quickly.
