Nathan did a good job. He was here Saturday night. He found many problems and after the parts arrived he found more. I feel that many of your people don't have enough experience on this system. We had problems after it was installed 1yr ago and it took to or three visits from different techs to solve. I'm beginning to believe this system is not as reliable as your salesman stated.

VHP installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning system and a new water heater in our home, and I highly recommend them. The new equipment is great, the installation was very well done, and the customer service is fantastic!

I realized my furnace had stopped working at 1:30 PM. I called to request a repair visit. At 3:20 PM Marvin called me at my friend's home to tell me the furnace was fixed. He explained what had happened and what he he done. His details were very clear and I was able to understand them. He was terrific. The employees in the office were also great!!!

I was very impressed with Nathan and his crew that installed my new furnace AC as well as the tech that has been to my house in the past the service my former furnace. The service I received in the past is the main reason I went with your company or the furnace job well done

The service itself, and the serviceman were absolutely excellent. My one complaint is that Vincent’s does not schedule annual A/C and furnace/boiler inspections until the ends of their respective seasons. At that, I have to call for an appointment for an A/C inspection in August! The time for an annual A/C inspection is May. Annual furnace/boiler inspection should be in October.

Nate cleaned and processed our annual maintenance work on our furnace and ac .. He was prompt and courteous. He told us about ac unit should be updated due to age and parts aging out.

Brandon was great, professional and informative, he answered any and all questions we had.
