Nathan did a good job. He was here Saturday night. He found many problems and after the parts arrived he found more. I feel that many of your people don't have enough experience on this system. We had problems after it was installed 1yr ago and it took to or three visits from different techs to solve. I'm beginning to believe this system is not as reliable as your salesman stated.

VHP installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning system and a new water heater in our home, and I highly recommend them. The new equipment is great, the installation was very well done, and the customer service is fantastic!

Today was our 3rd visit by Marvin for repair. As always, he's so nice and courteous. Very reasonable costs with VHP. We'll be using them for all our home issues and again requesting Marvin.

He had everything he needed in his new truck, went right to work and finished in good time. He then went over the repair with me to make sure that it was done to my satisfaction. Great Job!

THEY WHERE HEAR WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. SERVICE GUY WAS VERY NICE AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS I HAVE BEEN USEING THEM SENSE 1980 AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY THING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY, FOR FURNACE INSTALL, AIR INSTALL AND SERVICE. OVER THE 30 PLUS YEARS IT HAS BEEN GREAT.

In 2015 Dec 24th the staff from vincents on short notice installed a hot water unit. The install was fantastic. In 2016 we needed a new furnance. I have never witnesses a more work / professional install done . They never took a break, when completed the area was spotless. Great Job done by both installers. Before leaving they went completely over the entire job and made sure we knew how everything worked. Friendly, professional, courteous. We would & do, recommend Vincents to our neighbors and friends.

Plenty of time spent cleaning and evaluating furnace. Thoughtful and true estimate of how long we can expect the furnace to last. 21 years old but very good numbers / efficiency but the time is coming.

All of the service guys were professional and courteous. Did a great job with the install and cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend!
