Brandon has been out to my house to install a furnace and now a hot water heater. Both times he was friendly and efficient throughout the job, kept his promises, and kept our family out of the cold in the winter months.

Routine maintenance visits aren't glamorous, but are necessary, so it's good to see a service technician take them as seriously as a crisis call. Brandon was punctual, attentive, and professional. He did his job thoroughly, explained what he'd done, and asked if we had any questions. He recommended certain basic steps and explained why he was suggesting them.

Had my annual check-up of the furnace. As always Brandon introduced himself, put on his protective shoes, and I showed him down to the basement. Came up in a few minutes showed me a filter that had to be replaced. Did that and continued with the inspection. Upon completion he told me exactly what he had checked and that the furnace was still in great condition. Finished with paperwork including a form to fill out for reduction on my next monthly heating bill.
