Very friendly, courteous service. These guys remembered us and our service history. We continue with Vincent's because we trust them. We wish these annual inspections came earlier: the boiler BEFORE the heating season; the A/C BEFORE the cooling season! We also feel that Vincent is too expensive for us.

They were extremely professional and polite as they went about the services. Although there were hiccups with the install they ensures everything was taken care of and I was left with a source of heat until they could get the proper unit. They’re service was outstanding.

Greg O along with trainee Rob did an awesome job cleaning our furnace, replacing the humidifier, and confirming our water heater was working properly. Greg O and Rob were very professional, listened to our concerns, explaining what they did and ensured us everything was now working properly. Very nice job getting my furnace ready for the winter.

On Friday September 11 I decided to purchase a new furnace and ac unit and on Monday September 14 my old unit had been removed and the new unit was installed and running. I was very happy with the 2 gentlemen who did the installation. They put down plastic on my steps and floors for protection that was much appreciated. I was impressed by the truck they came in, having not only the supplies they needed but they could also fabricate the sheet metal needed for the installation. Any questions I had they answered and kept at the job and were very serious about their work. At the end of the day everything they could do was done and I had heat and/or cooling as needed. We set the following Monday to have Greg come back and do a final inspection and to install the air filter which was on order. Greg has done the inspection answered my questions and though we are still waiting on the air filter to come in he has wired everything so when it does arrive everything is ready for it to be installed. Thanks to all at Vincent’s for a job well done.

Happy with our furnace/ac tuneup. Tech was friendly, prompt, informative and talked us into a new furnace/ac unit with no high pressure sales pitch only good honest information.

Had a gas leak in new home. They sent a service person out immediately. Was located and repaired within five minutes of Greg walking into the house. He also explained how the gas fireplace worked and had me practice turning in on and off until I was comfortable with working the switch. Thank you for providing a quality service.

We recently had our yearly AC maintenance check. The service techs were prompt, friendly, and professional. This has been the standard type of service we always receive .

Greg visited first my annual cooling system maintenance service appointment. They let me know he was on the way and he arrived on time. He followed social distancing guidelines, had Shoe coverings in case he needed to come inside, and performed the maintenance checks on my cooling system and furnace. He was very friendly and professional, explained what he would be doing, and let me know when he was finished. I’m so glad I signed up for VHP Club heating and cooling memberships.
