We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. Nathan was at my house for 4 hours. I had no heat. He went above and beyond with the repairs and fixing 4 radiators that were no longer working. He is knowledgeable and polite and dedicated. When I need VHP again I will be requesting Nathan! VHP should be glad they have such good employee!

All employees on site or on the phone were professional, caring and dedicated to giving us the best service possible. VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. We highly recommend VHP. We are certain the Amana products we purchased will perform as good as the employees who installed them.

Our annual inspection went well. Our technician, Brandon,took the time to check all systems of our furnace. Then he explained to us all of his findings and answered our questions. We are happy with our outcome. Brandon was cordial, businesslike and neat.

Sean and Nate were professional and knowledgeable. Not only did they do an awesome job with my plumbing issue and hot water heater but Nate also shoveled my driveway and some of my neighbors drive ! Nathan was fantastic from start to finish! They arrived on time, installation was quick, and they cleaned up after themselves! He also took time to show my very curious nephew around the unit and explained things to him 😊 10/10 would recommend!
Very professional yet friendly. Two people came to do annual checkup and both were considerate of the fact I have cats, so made sure the door was closed when they needed something from the truck. One was an apprentice and the other a regular employee/mentor. They were surprisingly quiet but thorough. They are definitely an asset to the company!
