The entire VHP team was excellent! They installed a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater in just two days. This involved moving the furnace to the crawl space from the garage. That prompted redoing a lot of the ductwork! Everyone at this company is friendly, courteous and hard working! I highly recommend them!

Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

It appears there may be some confusion about the 2 technicians being on the job. We do not charge extra for apprentices on jobs. Jobs are quoted ahead of time based on factors such as difficulty, ease of access, etc. That price does not change once it is selected by the customer. According to our records, each technician was on the premise for over 4 hours. This is in line with what we would normally expect to charge for that kind of job even with only a single technician. I hope that this clears up some confusion. Again, thank you for letting us serve you. Please let us know if there is any way we can help in the future.

I had a question about the gurgling sound my recently installed sump pump was making. Awesome experience with VHP. Working with Austin was "by far" the best experience I've had with buying anything. My furnace was still working, but wasn't very efficient. He made sure I understood my options, so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. I will definitely ask for him, if I need anything for heating or cooling in the future.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Marvin and Brianna (I think) arrived when they were scheduled (no "they'll be there between 8 and 1" (Comcast I'm talking to you)). We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day
