We called about midday on a furnace concern, and got same day service, with a call to let us know when the technician was on his way to our house. After looking at the furnace, Brendan gave us sound advice and several service options to choose from. He was very helpful and gave us good information to make our choice. Brendan S. introduced himself, came in, and explained what he was about to do and said if there was anything that needed to be done he would let me know. After completing the job he also tried printing a receipt so I could turn it in with the work order to Semco with my next bill in order to get a rebate. He was the first person that actually brought a printer along so I would have a receipt. The previous two years I didn't get a rebate because I didn't have a work order and the proper paper work.
