Marvin was very thorough and quick in his testing and examination of my boiler for its yearly maintenance! He explained everything to me, answering my layman’s questions with efficiency! I highly recommend Marvin and his team at VHP for your HVAC needs!

My thermostat was a disaster from a storm surge. He superbly worked through the problem installing a new thermostat and surge protection. I am pleased. He kept me informed each step of the way.

Marvin does his job very well. I never have a problem with anything he works on. He is a credit to Vincents. I am delighted when I hear Nancy say "Marvin is on his way" because I know the issue will be resolved.

All employees on site or on the phone were professional, caring and dedicated to giving us the best service possible. VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. We highly recommend VHP. We are certain the Amana products we purchased will perform as good as the employees who installed them.
