Our water heater was gushing water into our basement. Marvin immediately turned off the water, removed the old water heater and installed the new. VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. Technician arrived within the time window specified, got right to work on the flush of the on demand hot water heater, he identified a problem with the PC board and contacted the manufacturer who agreed that the board needed to be replaced and it was sent priority overnight mail, technician left the area as he found it, would definitely recommend Vincent heating and plumbing to friends and family.

I appreciated the time he invested to answer our questions before and after the service, his willingness and knowledge to discuss all possible options, his courteous appreciation of economic impact, and providing us ways to consider evaluating future options.

Rob was very professional and did maintenance on my furnace in very efficient time!
