Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

He listen as I explained how and when the problem began, he also went under the house where pipes are exposed (no need to cut whole in wall. What the other young plumber told me, he nice polite but needs to listen to customer, maybe the customers old but they do have old-school knowledge and know where their damn pipes)So glad I requested to see the master!!!! Rick has been here before as an apprentice. He is well mattered, just as he was then. He kept us well informed, very professional, and put up with all my non stop talking. He is the reason I will call Vincent plumbing for any future problems.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Nathan was at my house for 4 hours. I had no heat. He went above and beyond with the repairs and fixing 4 radiators that were no longer working. He is knowledgeable and polite and dedicated. When I need VHP again I will be requesting Nathan! VHP should be glad they have such good employee!

All employees on site or on the phone were professional, caring and dedicated to giving us the best service possible. VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. We highly recommend VHP. We are certain the Amana products we purchased will perform as good as the employees who installed them.
