Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. Michael always gives courteous service. He is on time. Is informative of any issues. Such a polite and well knowledged technician. I always ask for Michael.

I noticed my garage windows were steamed up so I went to investigate. My water heater was spraying hot water out of a valve and I couldn’t reach the water turn off. I called Vincent’s heating and plumbing and told them the problem. They got Rickie out very quickly and he told me what the issue was and what needed to be done. He explained the options and then got to work right away to repair the water heater issue. He was very professional, friendly, and cleaned up the water that was on the floor when he was done working on it. I highly recommend giving VHP a call.

Great service. I was able to have someone come out within a few hours. The technician recognized the problem quickly and gave me good advice on how to, hopefully, avoid the problem in the future.

Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he patiently answered the questions I had. This was my first experience with VHP and I’ll be sure to contact them again in the future.

Rickey was professional and informative. He was thorough with the diagnostic of my plumbing issues. This is the second time Brandon has been out to my home and along with Rickie they did an excellent job. I appreciate their knowledge, timeliness and professionalism! The price was a bit high in my opinion for what I had done but I understand it’s a business and they got it done.

Great service always from Vincent’s. Shawn was on time and very courteous. He fixed my kitchen faucet so it works like new. He also switched a handle on my shower so the water is not just hot and cold, but very adjustable. I never call any other company when I have heating or plumbing problems. They give wonderful service and their employees are most courteous and helpful.

Nathan was at my house for 4 hours. I had no heat. He went above and beyond with the repairs and fixing 4 radiators that were no longer working. He is knowledgeable and polite and dedicated. When I need VHP again I will be requesting Nathan! VHP should be glad they have such good employee!

All employees on site or on the phone were professional, caring and dedicated to giving us the best service possible. VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. We highly recommend VHP. We are certain the Amana products we purchased will perform as good as the employees who installed them.
