Amazing company and service. I needed some plumbing work in my laundry room. They responded to my request within a day and had me on the schedule next day. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. The plumber they sent, Brooklyn, she did a fantastic job and was amazingly accommodating to the delivery people that showed up while she was working. Couldn't recommend this company more! Will definitely be using them for additional work in the future.

They squeezed us in when we decided our very old furnace needed to be replaced instead of repaired (no heat). All services explained and questions answered. Polite and friendly staff.

Nathan did a good job. He was here Saturday night. He found many problems and after the parts arrived he found more. I feel that many of your people don't have enough experience on this system. We had problems after it was installed 1yr ago and it took to or three visits from different techs to solve. I'm beginning to believe this system is not as reliable as your salesman stated.

Sean is fantastic! He came out to inspect a possible water heater issue. Determined it was just normal heating noises echoing into the drip pan. He also took a look at a future project we'll have Vincents perform. He has a great personality, professional and very friendly.

Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

Dylan and Josh were professional and efficient as they completed a difficult job.

Awesome experience with VHP. Working with Austin was "by far" the best experience I've had with buying anything. My furnace was still working, but wasn't very efficient. He made sure I understood my options, so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. I will definitely ask for him, if I need anything for heating or cooling in the future.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later.
