While doing the laundry my basement drains overflowed. VHP has always given me excellent service so of course I called them. The service technician was at my house that very same morning taking care of this issue. Rick was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He kept me continually updated on the progress.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Brandon was great! We had a complete kitchen remodel with new water lines and new drains. Brandon came back throughout each phase of the process to either hook up or cap off as needed. That took a lot of the stress off us. His work is top notch! We haven’t had an issue with any of the work he’s done. We will definitely be calling him back when we get to our bathroom remodel.

It was the dead of night on one of the coldest weekends yet, I called their emergency number and got connected to a tech that was willing to assist over the phone with the issue I was having. I had no heat and smelled a weird smell. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and my service was fast and professional. Nathan is a cool guy and very helpful, did good work as well.

Furnace quit one morning and a repairman was here in about an hour and a half. He was very thorough, explained everything and wrote a detailed report. Also a polite and respectful person. Best of all, furnace is working!!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day
