Very pleased with his service. Very friendly

I was very impressed with the quality of work Brooklyn did. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant to talk to. If any work needs to be done in the future I would like to have her come back.

I was very satisfied with the performance of the maintenance done to restore the hot water heater.

Vincent’s came within a few days of my call (not an emergency). Very polite staff, took care of our problem (leaky pipe) and also fixed another area of concern that we didn’t even see.

Brandon was great!

The VHP technician kept me informed, answered my questions, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Thank you.

Did a great job 😊

Brooklyn was very good at understanding what we needed done. She then worked on our projects in a very detailed and conscientious way. We are happy with the work she did. In the future we will request Brooklyn for our plumbing projects.

Brooklyn is Fabulous!!!

Mike always does great work and is the one person we always request if we need any work done on our furnace. Thanks again!

I am very happy the young girl fixed my problem. I wasn't to happy about having to buy a new toilet but I realized it was cheaper then only adding temperory fixes.

Your two employees did excellent work in repairing my plumbing and servicing the hot water heater!

We love Vincent’s and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Brooklyn was polite, helpful and answered all our questions We would definitely be happy to have her if needed again. She was very professional!

Brooklyn did another fantastic job during my servo e visit today. I needed my water heater serviced. She was prompt, attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them if you hearing or plumbing work. Signed up for yearly service. Thank again Brooklyn!

Always grateful for Vincents for great service we can trust. Thankful for all the wonderful ladies who answer the phone and handle our calls and all the service people and managers that have helped us Marvin, Brandon, Breonna and today Brooklyn. Outstanding customer service.

On time in original time window …. service explained clearly

During the holidays Vincent’s had a workman to my home so quickly then within just a couple of hours I had a brand new water heater. Ricky was friendly and professional. He showed me everything he did and he did a great job. I appreciate knowing the out-the-door price up front. No add-ons, no surprises, no up-selling. Will recommend!

On a day when the weather and roads were less than desirable, Sean went out of his way to make sure we didn’t go without hot water over the weekend.

Brandon is a credit to your company. He’s courteous and professional — plus he really knows what he’s doing!

Thank you!

Excellent service

Brandon did a great job upgrading our 3 faucets in the home. Very courteous and professional. Cleaned up after complete and even shared some good discussion! VHP team is top notch and will always be our choice for heating/cooling and plumbing.

Everyone is always nice

Rickie was competent and personable. He explains things so the homeowner can understand what has happened and what repairs are needed -- and which might be beneficial, though not strictly needed. I was very pleased with his work and his approach to customer service!

Brandon was prompt, courteous and professional and handled the idiosyncrasies of our 1901 house without any hesitation.

Michael is a very personable and knowledgeable Tech. VHP is blessed to have him.

I felt it was too wonderful not to pass on to others!!Sean definitely cares about his job.. it’s not just a job.. he truly cares about the people that he is working with! He stepped out of the box today, and went way above and beyond what any other person could even imagine doing for me🫶😊 I have had this company out to my house before, but this young man deserves as many gold stars if you can give him today and probably every day that he walks into your home.. and note I said home, not house! Thank you, Sean. Those two little words means so much.💟🥶 in the snowy cold and freezing day.. you did a wonderful job. I thank you again.! God‘s best blessings to you, and for your upcoming marriage✝️❤️‍🩹🙏

Heating system works great.

Brandon & Breo nna did a fantastic job today. They worked hard all day & evening without even taking a break! Both workers did a great job & we are more than satisfied with their work.

Called a few plumbing companies never returned my call I was glad that Vincent's called me back Brooklyn was very professional and explained everything now I have a plumber that I know will be there when I need them. Thanks for taking care of the water heater now I don't have to worry about that either.

Amazing company and service. I needed some plumbing work in my laundry room. They responded to my request within a day and had me on the schedule next day. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. The plumber they sent, Brooklyn, she did a fantastic job and was amazingly accommodating to the delivery people that showed up while she was working. Couldn't recommend this company more! Will definitely be using them for additional work in the future.

Nathan was very courteous and personable. He always asked if we had any questions and when we did he always had the answers. A very helpful service person.
