Awesome experience with VHP. Working with Austin was "by far" the best experience I've had with buying anything. My furnace was still working, but wasn't very efficient. He made sure I understood my options, so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. I will definitely ask for him, if I need anything for heating or cooling in the future.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Andy showed up on time. Checked to see if we had any problems with the furnace and answer any questions we ask. He completed the tune up & cleaning of our furnace in short time. We are very pleased with his service.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received yesterday to unplug our kitchen sink. It took nearly 4 hours but his determination was incredible. He was not going to let a plugged drain get the best of him. We are so grateful. Your employees are always so pleasant and professional and know their jobs well.

We lost heat over night and called Vincent’s asap. Brandon was a total professional. Very courteous, efficient, and really nice and down to earth. He did a super job explaining the issue and fixed it like the total pro he is. He was great a recommendations to make sure we were safe and that our equipment was working properly. We now have heat and Would highly recommend.

Marvin and Brianna (I think) arrived when they were scheduled (no "they'll be there between 8 and 1" (Comcast I'm talking to you)). Two nice young men showed up at my door to do work . They were very friendly and did an excellent job . I would highly recommend VHP to do any type of work.
Brandon and Mario are wonderful! They serviced our furnace and humidifier and dehumidifier unit that was installed by VHP. They informed me of the maintenance required and the need for a replacement part for the dehumidifier. They were respectful of my home (wore shoe covers). The charges were approved and the bill consistent with what they told me. They provided outstanding customer service.
Nathan consistently provides top-notch service for my furnace. VHP dependably handles all my HVAC and Plumbing needs. I won’t go anywhere else.

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. Marvin consistently demonstrates exceptional care in his service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend the team at VHP! In my experience, I have never encountered any of their technicians being rude or disrespectful. They always take the time to clearly explain the job that needs to be done and outline what is involved, providing me with a concise quote before starting any work. Their maintenance program is outstanding, ensuring that my equipment is always performing at its best. When my old furnace began to show signs of aging, the technician reminded me of the previous years that I needed to consider replacing it. They were right, and when my furnace eventually failed, they stepped in to assist me without saying, "I told you so." Instead, they asked “how can we help”. I've been a loyal VHP customer since 2001 and can't imagine working with anyone else. The valet program allows me to get great service when it works in their schedule without me taking time away from my work. They communicate clearly when they're coming and going and even respecting my little Post-it notes, reminding them not to let my cat out. 👍🏻❤️

Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day

Nathan was at my house for 4 hours. I had no heat. He went above and beyond with the repairs and fixing 4 radiators that were no longer working. He is knowledgeable and polite and dedicated. When I need VHP again I will be requesting Nathan! VHP should be glad they have such good employee!

VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up.
