Awesome experience with VHP. Working with Austin was "by far" the best experience I've had with buying anything. My furnace was still working, but wasn't very efficient. He made sure I understood my options, so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. I will definitely ask for him, if I need anything for heating or cooling in the future.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. In my experience, I have never encountered any of their technicians being rude or disrespectful. They always take the time to clearly explain the job that needs to be done and outline what is involved, providing me with a concise quote before starting any work. Their maintenance program is outstanding, ensuring that my equipment is always performing at its best. When my old furnace began to show signs of aging, the technician reminded me of the previous years that I needed to consider replacing it. They were right, and when my furnace eventually failed, they stepped in to assist me without saying, "I told you so." Instead, they asked “how can we help”. I've been a loyal VHP customer since 2001 and can't imagine working with anyone else. The valet program allows me to get great service when it works in their schedule without me taking time away from my work. The replacement of my furnace and water heater was done timely and professionally. A follow up visit by Andrew after installation was reassuring. He reviewed the installation, fine tuned the furnace and fixed the humidifier which leaked as well. I will enjoy winter knowing that all is well.

It was great, Rickie did good work (no more leaks) arranged the pipes to give me more storage under the sink and cleaned up so well I couldn’t even tell he had worked on it. I will definitely be asking for him to come back when I do my master bathroom vanity next year.

Andy was efficient, friendly and very informative. He did a static test and discussed the results, pointing out areas of concern in the duct work design and ways to remediate them as well as possible insulation problems. He suggested an energy audit to see if the insulation was the reason behind my heat loss/gain in the room of concern. He discussed the tune up results and the fact that my 16 year old heating and cooling system while safe to operate now, was at or past its life and to plan for replacement before it fails. As always Vincent's goes above and beyond and Andy is a prime example of why I use Vincent's.

I was extremely pleased with the service Nathan provided today on my furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional. He smelled gas and investigated potential issues and reassured me that everything was ok. He went into our crawl space to check for a possible gas leak and while down there took pictures and informed me of a water leak I had in my crawl space. Because of Nathan taking the time to explain to me the benefits of having my water heater and air conditioner serviced I decided to go ahead and sign up to have Vincent’s service them also. Nathan answered my numerous questions with easy for me to understand answers Actually he far exceeded all my expectations and I am VERY pleased with the service he provided me with. He was just here to service my furnace - but took the initiative to identify and inform me of other potential problems.

Austin explained every portion of the work to be done on our annual AC - furnace inspection. He pointed out a few items he observed (dust in our ducts) we scheduled a cleaning. Ducts had not been cleaned in 20+ years. The rest of our equipment is in good shape. Extremely pleased with this young man providing and explaining excellent service

Austin was here; performed a comprehensive yearly maintenance on my AC system. He was informative and showed me the values obtained, via computer analyzer and what they indicated. This established a sense of confidence in the performance of my equipment. I also had a surge protector installed on the furnace and condenser, as well as a condenser assist motor. I noticed my garage windows were steamed up so I went to investigate. My water heater was spraying hot water out of a valve and I couldn’t reach the water turn off. I called Vincent’s heating and plumbing and told them the problem. They got Rickie out very quickly and he told me what the issue was and what needed to be done. He explained the options and then got to work right away to repair the water heater issue. He was very professional, friendly, and cleaned up the water that was on the floor when he was done working on it. I highly recommend giving VHP a call.

Very quick dependable and friendly

It was helpful that VHP services homes the townships, not just the immediate Port Huron area. They scheduled my service within the week and at a time that was convenient for me. My kitchen plumbing issue was fixed that day.

Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day

Nathan was at my house for 4 hours. I had no heat. He went above and beyond with the repairs and fixing 4 radiators that were no longer working. He is knowledgeable and polite and dedicated. When I need VHP again I will be requesting Nathan! VHP should be glad they have such good employee!
