Nathan did a good job. He was here Saturday night. He found many problems and after the parts arrived he found more. I feel that many of your people don't have enough experience on this system. We had problems after it was installed 1yr ago and it took to or three visits from different techs to solve. I'm beginning to believe this system is not as reliable as your salesman stated.

Sean is fantastic! He came out to inspect a possible water heater issue. Determined it was just normal heating noises echoing into the drip pan. He also took a look at a future project we'll have Vincents perform. He has a great personality, professional and very friendly.

Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

Dylan and Josh were professional and efficient as they completed a difficult job.

I’ve always been satisfied with VHP. Marvin previously and Ricky this time are always professional, knowledgeable, polite and timely. I recently had 3 toilets installed and Ricky did a fantastic job. Marvin has previously installed a water heater and water softener for us and we’ve seen him yearly when he came for maintenance.

Andrew D serviced our mini-splits and heat pump. As usual Andrew did and excellently joy. Andrew is personable, does excellent work and can resolve Any problems we have. The best thing he has done with our split (one upstairs and other one downstairs) was to fix it so I can use by phone to set the temperature which is great in the winter so you know the house temperature and room temperature and can set it from afar. When we had a power surge that destroyed our one unit VPH got it replaced and and saw that the warranty worked. I fully recommend VPH. We have nice even temperature in our home year round

We had developed leaks in our 40 yr old natural gas pipes. Andrew was our technician & he always listens & answers all questions. Andrew always goes above & beyond to ensure that the repair was handled in an excellent manor. We'd recommend VHP service to anyone.

Today was the annual maintenance on my furnace (hot water boiler) and air conditioner. As usual I was not disappointed, Michael is so knowledgeable and patiently answers all my questions. I never worry about being over charged or being told I need unnecessary work done. I can’t say enough about the good work and honesty of VHP and Michael!

Awesome experience with VHP. Working with Austin was "by far" the best experience I've had with buying anything. My furnace was still working, but wasn't very efficient. He made sure I understood my options, so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. I will definitely ask for him, if I need anything for heating or cooling in the future.

Several issues were involved today for dishwasher, bathroom faucet, kitchen sink faucet and disposal. All were repaired saving me the replacement cost. The vintage bathroom faucet cannot be replaced. Very glad it could be repaired. And all my question concerning the projects were answered in a kind and clear way. Work was completed in a very timely fashion.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later.
