Nathan did a good job. He was here Saturday night. He found many problems and after the parts arrived he found more. I feel that many of your people don't have enough experience on this system. We had problems after it was installed 1yr ago and it took to or three visits from different techs to solve. I'm beginning to believe this system is not as reliable as your salesman stated.

Sean is fantastic! He replaced our washer valves (original to the house) is very short order. The job was very professionally done. He's very friendly and helpful, way beyond expectations. We'll be sure to ask for him on any future work we may need.

Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

Dylan and Josh were professional and efficient as they completed a difficult job.

Awesome experience with VHP. Working with Austin was "by far" the best experience I've had with buying anything. My furnace was still working, but wasn't very efficient. He made sure I understood my options, so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. I will definitely ask for him, if I need anything for heating or cooling in the future.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Marvin consistently demonstrates exceptional care in his service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend the team at VHP! In my experience, I have never encountered any of their technicians being rude or disrespectful. They always take the time to clearly explain the job that needs to be done and outline what is involved, providing me with a concise quote before starting any work. Their maintenance program is outstanding, ensuring that my equipment is always performing at its best. When my old furnace began to show signs of aging, the technician reminded me of the previous years that I needed to consider replacing it. They were right, and when my furnace eventually failed, they stepped in to assist me without saying, "I told you so." Instead, they asked “how can we help”. I've been a loyal VHP customer since 2001 and can't imagine working with anyone else. The valet program allows me to get great service when it works in their schedule without me taking time away from my work. The replacement of my furnace and water heater was done timely and professionally. A follow up visit by Andrew after installation was reassuring. He reviewed the installation, fine tuned the furnace and fixed the humidifier which leaked as well. I will enjoy winter knowing that all is well.

It was great, Rickie did good work (no more leaks) arranged the pipes to give me more storage under the sink and cleaned up so well I couldn’t even tell he had worked on it. I will definitely be asking for him to come back when I do my master bathroom vanity next year.

Andy was efficient, friendly and very informative. He did a static test and discussed the results, pointing out areas of concern in the duct work design and ways to remediate them as well as possible insulation problems. He suggested an energy audit to see if the insulation was the reason behind my heat loss/gain in the room of concern. He discussed the tune up results and the fact that my 16 year old heating and cooling system while safe to operate now, was at or past its life and to plan for replacement before it fails. As always Vincent's goes above and beyond and Andy is a prime example of why I use Vincent's.
