Awesome experience with VHP. Working with Austin was "by far" the best experience I've had with buying anything. My furnace was still working, but wasn't very efficient. He made sure I understood my options, so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. I will definitely ask for him, if I need anything for heating or cooling in the future.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. Very quick dependable and friendly

It was helpful that VHP services homes the townships, not just the immediate Port Huron area. They scheduled my service within the week and at a time that was convenient for me. My kitchen plumbing issue was fixed that day.

Our service professional, Sean, arrived in the time set and very close to office phone call that he was on his way. Sean was polite and took care to wear shoe covers before entering. All work was explained and done without leaving any mess. We are very pleased with the care Sean took to complete the maintenance on our electric water heater. We would recommend Vincent's Heating and Plumbing they have replaced not only our water heater but furnace and AC always prompt and efficient.

Michael was able to come out within a couple of hours of my call requesting service on my AC unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend him. He had the part needed to repair the unit and was up and running very quickly. I had questions after he had left and he gave me a call to answer them.

Michael performed AC maintenance and done an excellent job, he even explained to me all of the steps. I certainly hope he learns of this and how professional he is. Great Job! Thank you

Sean has a fantastic attitude while working; I understood he was there partially for training as he has not worked on Well holding tanks; yet he answered all my plumbing questions I had throughout my house. He is an asset to the Company!

Austin went above and beyond what he was technically required to do. He was great at being a teacher as well. He explained the issues that my pump was having. Also, he answered all my questions about how the sump pump works. He was able to make a brick out if a cinder block that I had. He sealed up my vent on the roof that was leaking down to my furnace. Again he was fantastic!!

I absolutely love using VHP for all my HVAC and water needs. The guys that come to the house know what they are doing and are incredibly nice. I almost want my appliances to have problems. Nice choice of options to choose from. My sister also enjoys working with VHP.

Dominic did a very good job. This was the first time at my house. The only negative was that he left the lights on in the basement.

Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day
