Nathan did a good job. He was here Saturday night. He found many problems and after the parts arrived he found more. I feel that many of your people don't have enough experience on this system. We had problems after it was installed 1yr ago and it took to or three visits from different techs to solve. I'm beginning to believe this system is not as reliable as your salesman stated.

Sean is fantastic! He replaced our washer valves (original to the house) is very short order. The job was very professionally done. He's very friendly and helpful, way beyond expectations. We'll be sure to ask for him on any future work we may need.

Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

Dylan and Josh were professional and efficient as they completed a difficult job.

Awesome experience with VHP. Working with Austin was "by far" the best experience I've had with buying anything. My furnace was still working, but wasn't very efficient. He made sure I understood my options, so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. I will definitely ask for him, if I need anything for heating or cooling in the future.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. I was extremely pleased with the service Nathan provided today on my furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional. He smelled gas and investigated potential issues and reassured me that everything was ok. He went into our crawl space to check for a possible gas leak and while down there took pictures and informed me of a water leak I had in my crawl space. Because of Nathan taking the time to explain to me the benefits of having my water heater and air conditioner serviced I decided to go ahead and sign up to have Vincent’s service them also. Nathan answered my numerous questions with easy for me to understand answers Actually he far exceeded all my expectations and I am VERY pleased with the service he provided me with. He was just here to service my furnace - but took the initiative to identify and inform me of other potential problems.

Austin explained every portion of the work to be done on our annual AC - furnace inspection. He pointed out a few items he observed (dust in our ducts) we scheduled a cleaning. Ducts had not been cleaned in 20+ years. The rest of our equipment is in good shape. Extremely pleased with this young man providing and explaining excellent service

Austin was here; performed a comprehensive yearly maintenance on my AC system. He was informative and showed me the values obtained, via computer analyzer and what they indicated. This established a sense of confidence in the performance of my equipment. I also had a surge protector installed on the furnace and condenser, as well as a condenser assist motor. I noticed my garage windows were steamed up so I went to investigate. My water heater was spraying hot water out of a valve and I couldn’t reach the water turn off. I called Vincent’s heating and plumbing and told them the problem. They got Rickie out very quickly and he told me what the issue was and what needed to be done. He explained the options and then got to work right away to repair the water heater issue. He was very professional, friendly, and cleaned up the water that was on the floor when he was done working on it. I highly recommend giving VHP a call.

It was helpful that VHP services homes the townships, not just the immediate Port Huron area. They scheduled my service within the week and at a time that was convenient for me. My kitchen plumbing issue was fixed that day.

Our service professional, Sean, arrived in the time set and very close to office phone call that he was on his way. Sean was polite and took care to wear shoe covers before entering. All work was explained and done without leaving any mess. We are very pleased with the care Sean took to complete the maintenance on our electric water heater. We would recommend Vincent's Heating and Plumbing they have replaced not only our water heater but furnace and AC always prompt and efficient.

Michael was able to come out within a couple of hours of my call requesting service on my AC unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend him. He had the part needed to repair the unit and was up and running very quickly. I had questions after he had left and he gave me a call to answer them.

Austin went above and beyond what he was technically required to do. He was great at being a teacher as well. He explained the issues that my pump was having. Also, he answered all my questions about how the sump pump works. He was able to make a brick out if a cinder block that I had. He sealed up my vent on the roof that was leaking down to my furnace. Again he was fantastic!!

I absolutely love using VHP for all my HVAC and water needs. The guys that come to the house know what they are doing and are incredibly nice. I almost want my appliances to have problems. Nice choice of options to choose from. My sister also enjoys working with VHP.
