Several issues were involved today for dishwasher, bathroom faucet, kitchen sink faucet and disposal. All were repaired saving me the replacement cost. The vintage bathroom faucet cannot be replaced. Very glad it could be repaired. And all my question concerning the projects were answered in a kind and clear way. Work was completed in a very timely fashion.

The office does preventative scheduling in a timely, pleasant manner. I don't have a lot of experience with other companies, but you get what you pay for.

Rick has been here before as an apprentice. He is well mattered, just as he was then. He kept us well informed, very professional, and put up with all my non stop talking. We have used Vincent Heating and Plumbing since 1995! In April 2025 they installed our new furnace and a/c. Today Andrew and Frank were here today to clean our duct work including dryer vent! They showed up on time, explained what they would be doing, moved furniture to get at the vents, cleaned up after they completed the duct cleaning. Very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend Vincent’s Heating and plumbing. We also have the maintenance program where they come out once a year for maintenance on the furnace/ac. I also want to give a shout out to Nancy in the office. You can tell she answers the phone with a smile. Anytime they have sent Andrew out she always gives us a call to let us know when he is on his way. That is very rare with company’s these days.
