Awesome experience with VHP. Working with Austin was "by far" the best experience I've had with buying anything. My furnace was still working, but wasn't very efficient. He made sure I understood my options, so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. I will definitely ask for him, if I need anything for heating or cooling in the future.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day

We had a plumbing issue that was not an emergency and Vincent's had someone out in just a couple of days. The two young men who came tried the least expensive options first and then went on to the more involved solutions. They kept us informed at every step - what they recommended and what the charges would be. It was not a quick and easy fix but they were able to solve the problem, and prevent the issue from recurring. They also were very careful of the workspace, cleaning up after the work was done.

Nathan was very friendly! Explained to me what he had to do, and was very knowledgeable! Always have a good experience with Vincent!

Monday, Andrew while doing the maintenance on our furnace detected gas leaks in the pipes. He immediately worked on the scheduling for the next morning to take care of this concerning situation. Andrew, Nathan and Ricky worked all day replacing the pipes. These three are knowledgeable, they work diligently, they are courteous, respectful, answer questions and have a friendly demeanor. They are an asset to the company.

Great Service, Marvin was so good about explaining everthing. When he finished showed me every thing that was done. Plus my dog loved him.

Vincent's techs are first-rate, especially Mike, who's been out for repair and routine maintenance several times in recent years. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I've used VHP for our furnace work for a long time and highly recommend them.

When I woke up on Tuesday morning and discovered that I had no hot water, I immediately called VHP for help and asked if they could send Andy out to see what was wrong. I have a very sweet parrot who would not be happy about someone coming into the house without me at home. Luckily Andy has been coming out for for my scheduled twice yearly appointments for several years and has always been a really special and trusted person and who also has a great relationship with my bird. I have been a customer for a long time and feel very very pleased to have such a wonderful company with dedicated, knowledgeable and kind employees and is also true for every person that I talk to on the phone. VHP is a real family business and by the end of the afternoon I had a new hot water tank and my parrot was able to have her daily shower, what a great end to the day.

Because of service personnel like Michael, we rely on Vincent's to keep our household up and running in the heating and plumbing sector, Michael is polite and presents an engaging demeanor.

I had to settle with a different technician than the one I’m used to because my other one was sick. This gentleman tried his best. he said this is going to be a challenging project once he got into it, so I don’t know if it was too much of a challenge for him also I’ve never heard of ZonalValve be loud where I can hear it up in upstairs from the basement and when I was looking at it Never seen the wires hanging in front before and it looks like the zonal valve was put on crooked so I’m not sure if that’s why it’s making the louder noise than normal I know I had to get the issue fixed

VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. We highly recommend VHP. We are certain the Amana products we purchased will perform as good as the employees who installed them.
