We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to pay the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and work ethic!

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received yesterday to unplug our kitchen sink. It took nearly 4 hours but his determination was incredible. He was not going to let a plugged drain get the best of him. We are so grateful. Your employees are always so pleasant and professional and know their jobs well.

We lost heat over night and called Vincent’s asap. Brandon was a total professional. Very courteous, efficient, and really nice and down to earth. He did a super job explaining the issue and fixed it like the total pro he is. He was great a recommendations to make sure we were safe and that our equipment was working properly. We now have heat and Would highly recommend.

Brandon and Mario are wonderful! They serviced our furnace and humidifier and dehumidifier unit that was installed by VHP. They informed me of the maintenance required and the need for a replacement part for the dehumidifier. They were respectful of my home (wore shoe covers). The charges were approved and the bill consistent with what they told me. They provided outstanding customer service.
