Old A/C wore out, leaking. Repair would have been expensive, coolant was being phased out by the gov't, and would become difficult to find and expensive to buy. Greg O'Conner talked me through the cost comparison. It made sense to purchase a new unit. Greg has an easy manner that lends to the customer asking questions and feeling they are part of a thoughtful choice. I felt confident. Greg came back a couple of days later after the installation and did a thorough check on the entire system.
