I had an old water heater which I just knew would need replacing. Marvin from VHP arrived for my yearly safety inspection, checked the water heater and, of course, it had to go. Within 2 hours (give or take some minutes), the new heater arrived,. was installed, and Marvin left to visit another customer to offer his services. Wow. Quick, knowledgeable, and not only did he do the water heater, but mounted two new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and changed a light bulb. Wonderful service offered by this company.

I had to call because my furnace wasn't working. I talked to Carol. She was very friendly and polite to talk to. She assured me someone would be out to my house shortly. Greg was my technician and he found the problem to be the thermostat. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and replaced the thermostat quickly. Vincent's has an Awesome staff and I recommend them to everyone I know!
