Technician, Greg O, arrived promptly in time frame stated, as scheduled by Nancy (always very pleasant to speak with too). Greg was respectful of my property, performed new AC followup, gave suggestions for DIY ideas to improve airflow in chilly basement, made couple minor adjustments to exterior spigots and also answered couple questions regarding an exhaust fan issue (subsequently learned issue is covered by my Home Warranty). Have met several of Vincent's technicians since I've moved to the St Clair area and EVERY one has been awesome! Easy to talk with, professional, informative, trustworthy and thorough. Would HIGHLY recommend Vincent's Heating & Plumbing.
