The Tec showed up to our house right on time. He was very friendly and introduced himself and gave a very detailed run down of what he would doing. He made sure that we voiced any and all concerns we may have, answered all of our questions. Very satisfied with the service we received.

Quick to respond to the initial call out, the new furnace was installed quickly. Good. Had heat in the middle of winter. Followup took two weeks, to finish the installation, which included tie-in to the AC. The promised 3-5 days for final tuneup turned into a month. Three separate technicians, but all were courteous and knowledgeable.
