Austin was our service technician. He did an OUTSTANDING job!! VERY polite and professional. Great asset to Vincent's Heating and Plumbing!!!

Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. I had to settle with a different technician than the one I’m used to because my other one was sick. This gentleman tried his best. he said this is going to be a challenging project once he got into it, so I don’t know if it was too much of a challenge for him also I’ve never heard of ZonalValve be loud where I can hear it up in upstairs from the basement and when I was looking at it Never seen the wires hanging in front before and it looks like the zonal valve was put on crooked so I’m not sure if that’s why it’s making the louder noise than normal I know I had to get the issue fixed

Marvin did an outstanding job with our routine maintenance, he thoroughly cleaned the furnace and answered a few of our questions or addressed our concerns he performed the maintenance on the tankless hot water heater and checked that everything was working prior to leaving he left the area cleaner than when he arrived would definitely recommend him as your service technician

Nathan was at my house for 4 hours. I had no heat. He went above and beyond with the repairs and fixing 4 radiators that were no longer working. He is knowledgeable and polite and dedicated. When I need VHP again I will be requesting Nathan! VHP should be glad they have such good employee!
