I was just surprised that the technician did not change out the furnace filter. You would think that would part of the service.

Genuine emergency when a failed heat exchanger in our old furnace gave my family carbon monoxide poisoning and had to be shut down fro good in mid-December! Vincents was the only company able to install a new furnace the same day with the right specs and high-quality workmanship. Saved us a long expensive hotel stay...
