We had developed leaks in our 40 yr old natural gas pipes. Andrew was our technician & he always listens & answers all questions. Andrew always goes above & beyond to ensure that the repair was handled in an excellent manor. We'd recommend VHP service to anyone.

The young man was very polite, identified himself, told us what he was going to do, and answered all our questions, then got right to work. I was in the furnace room and watched him check things out. It was much more than a quick glance and "looks fine to me." It took him a while and he did a very good job.
