Outside of not being kept apprised of arrival time beyond scheduled appointment time, I was pleased with the outcome. Need better customer service. Remember, your customers time is just as important as yours is!

The young man was very polite, identified himself, told us what he was going to do, and answered all our questions, then got right to work. I was in the furnace room and watched him check things out. It was much more than a quick glance and "looks fine to me." It took him a while and he did a very good job.
