We had developed leaks in our 40 yr old natural gas pipes. Andrew was our technician & he always listens & answers all questions. Andrew always goes above & beyond to ensure that the repair was handled in an excellent manor. We'd recommend VHP service to anyone.

Superb customer service, explained everything. Asked for authorization for any repairs, even adjusted their routine for a not so friendly pet. Very friendly. I would recommend after first time service. Extra services very affordable. Thanks!

I was truly impressed with the professionalism, and the knowledge Marvin had about water heaters gone bad. His coworker who's name escapes me at the moment, was equally as professional and kind to answer some questions which I am sure were not the most intelligent. I was also impressed with the office staff who coordinated the service call, to the examination of the appliance to the install of a new one. The process started at 0730, and the installation was completed by 1230. They were most respectful of limiting my time off work. Would highly recommend this company.

lot more work to install than what thought the job would require. Marvin replaced a fair amount of the piping in the area to make it more efficient. Did a very nice and neat job!

Had a tech come to my look at my water heater. After inspection it was determined i needed a new water heater. Went over all the options and had same day installation.

I was very pleased with Marvin. He was considerate, knew what he was doing and answered my questions. A very nice young man. Did not leave a mess and I really liked the wearing of the different "shoes" in the house.
