Felt Greg explained (to the novice that I am) what was done and why, clearly. He also made recommendations to help in the future. No pressure, just information. Thank you, Greg.

Sean showed up on time, I explained my concerns, showed him the huge maple tree over the sewage line (G). He explained what he was doing, I was impressed by his work and the equipment. Watching the camera in the line as the root removal and line inspection went on was great! Did the sewer clean out and my worries were gone!

Sean was pleasant and knowledgeable. He offered different options and explained each. The job was completed quickly and the area clean when he left. Another good experience with Vincent’s Plumbing and Heating!!

Greg was the ultimate problem solver. No matter what cropped up it was not an issue. He informed me what the plan was every step. When I asked about furnaces he gave me information I could understand. I’ve listened to your ads on WPHM and read the reviews on line and agree with them. I’m planning on having that furnace installed! (A call out to the ladies on the phone also. They couldn’t have been more helpful.)

I would highly recommend Sean W from Vincent’s Hearing and Plumbing. He was professional, friendly, and explained things well.

I requested an appointment on line Monday evening. I received a call at 7:30 Tuesday morning and a technician arrived about 8:30. That’s great service!

I don’t know of any way the service provided me today could be improved! Rob and Troy were extremely professional, courteous and so completely thorough with the duct cleaning they did at my home. They also cleaned my dryer vent that I didn’t really think was that bad, however, they provided me with visual pictures and even showed me some of the areas they cleaned. Wow, what a difference! I’m amazed at the thoroughness they go to and how careful they were of my home. Thanks for a job extremely well done.

Professional employees with professional tools. They used a camera to identify the problem areas. They had a new style “power snake” that honed the pipe all of the way to the road and back. Rechecked the entire pipe with the camera. Way better than results than doing it yourself. Locally owned, and the employees live locally. Employ your neighbors.

Worked until completion with excellent communication about system

Great service all around, from my first phone call all the way to having heat again

Marvin & Cory were prompt and knowledgeable men who got the job of non-working water heater fixed in no time at all. I appreciate them.

Woke up to a broken furnace with sub-zero temps outside and 54 degrees inside. Nancy in the office was professional and sympathetic. She had a serviceman at our house within an hour. Greg O diagnosed and fixed the problem right away! Highly recommend Vincent’s Heating!

Great Service & Follow-Up

Greg answered all of my questions. He explained exactly what he was going to check. Great service!

Greg was very nice to work with. It is really a breath of fresh air to have a person come in that has a great personality. Very easy to talk to and answered all our questions. Thanks Greg O.

Greg is an awesome technician! We are very appreciative of his thorough inspection of our issue and his honesty! It’s people like this that make a good name for your company!

Everything was fine, except: they forgot to turn the water for the dish washer back on. My wife was a little up-set when it didn't work! I found the problem, and turned the water back on. I only mention this to prevent it from happening to someone else. Other wise, every thing was okay!

Technician called in advance, and arrived on time. I believe he did a through inspection on every part of the heating unit, condensation drains & pump, including drains. All was completed in a timely manner. He summarized all that he completed. Great job.
