Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day

They were extremely professional and polite as they went about the services. Although there were hiccups with the install they ensures everything was taken care of and I was left with a source of heat until they could get the proper unit. They’re service was outstanding.

When my furnace began malfunctioning on a cold day, I called Vincent's hoping they could help in a hurry. They had a service tech at my site within a few hours, and he did a full maintenance on the furnace, restoring it to working order. The tech was quick, friendly, and efficient, explaining all the options to me and giving me advice on how to better preserve my furnace. Another great job by Vincent's!

Greg visited first my annual cooling system maintenance service appointment. They let me know he was on the way and he arrived on time. He followed social distancing guidelines, had Shoe coverings in case he needed to come inside, and performed the maintenance checks on my cooling system and furnace. He was very friendly and professional, explained what he would be doing, and let me know when he was finished. I’m so glad I signed up for VHP Club heating and cooling memberships.
