Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day

Good Company and Good Service
Came home from a trip and no heat! It's Saturday night and what do you do? Call VHP. Technician called back as promised, and was at the house fast. Diagnosed, explained and fixed the problem in an hour. Technician was friendly, personable and did not seem to be put out that I made him come out on a Saturday night. I have done business with VHP before and will continue to do so.
