Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day

Exceptional service.
Vincent's sent out a tech the first day I called and and even better, had the motor I needed on his truck and fixed my furnace very quickly. The tech was amazing and even told me how I could get a free safety inspection! A few days later Tom Jones came out and inspected and cleaned up my furnace for free. He did a great job and was very personable, honest, knowledgable and informative. Best experience ever!

Relief when that heat came through the vents!
Thanks for the prompt, professional attention. I was prepared to spend the day at home waiting for help because it was of emergency nature.....I had no appointment scheduled...... Dave solved the problem and I was on my way by noon. Thanks, Dave and VHP.

Quick response to call, a little high on price
almost $300 to put a heater under house to thaw main water line, I needed it fixed but a little on the high end I thought.

Awesome service and person. Very knowledgeable . Answered all my questions. Dave told me why it is a good idea to have the service for our furnace. We also have our AC on the plan. If you do not have the maintenance plan it is worth it's weight in gold. I would highly recommend Dave and Vincent's Heating.

Excellent service. Always respectful.
Dave is prompt and efficient. I know I can trust him to do an honest and good job. Because of this harsh winter I have had to call VHP often! It makes us happy to know that Dave will come here and get things in order.
