Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day

Marvin has been doing the yearly maintenance on our Navien boiler since he installed it 4 years ago, and it's ALWAYS a pleasure to see him. He's quick, efficient, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and one heck of a nice guy. I can't say enough good things about him or Vincent's; we've had nothing but great service from both him and his company!

I did not rate cost/pricing, as I do not have a price-point to compare to, so not intended as a 'zero' star, but rather 'N/A'. The employees were pleasant and efficient, and I was totally satisfied with the whole experience.

VHP employees are and always have been very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in their field. Nathan exemplifies all of these characteristics and we are very pleased with the service he performed on our A/C unit. He explained the Enhanced Service Plan and we were glad to enroll. VHP has been and continues to be an excellent company to conduct business with.

Today's service call was by Marvin N. As always, exceptional service was provided. I believe Marvin saved me an expensive service call that, in all likelihood, would have occured this winter. A likely problem in the making was caught eary, due to Marv's expertise and professionalism. No one likes to hear bad news from a scheduled service call, but better to catch a problem now, then to be left without heat and water in the dead of winter on Christmas Eve. Don't laugh it could happen. I trust Marvin completely and only want him to service my combo boiler!! Keep up the good work Vincent's, I'm a fan

Not only does Andy do the thorough inspection I've learned to expect, but he installed something to protect my conditioner from damage from lowered electrical power during peak hours. In addition, he discovered a small hole in my siding caused by a chipmunk, hopefully early enough to prevent any more damage.

Nathan is an excellent technician for Vincents Heating and Cooling. Yesterday, Nathan conducted a maintenance check on our air conditioning system. He is very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He was thorough in his work and detailed when explaining the results.

Marvin’s expertise, professionalism, and genuineness on his trip to my house for a quote on my water heater led me to not seeking further quotes. In fact, when I later spoke to the office I requested him as the installer. Today he did the install and I was just as happy again. A fine job and I think you have a great worker in him.

This was my 1st furnace maintenance appt with Vincent's Heating and Plumbing. I must say that the service I received today was 1st class. My technician Nathan was friendly, knowledgeable and skillful. He discovered why the furnace was noisy, offered a full explanation about the origin of the noise and promptly fixed the problem. He thoroughly answered all my questions regarding today's repair as well as other concerns I have with my heating/cooling system. In addition, I wanted to sign up for an HVAC maintenance program which he was able to do for me. Looking forward I am confident I will receive the same level of professionalism and quality care in a few months when I have them back here to check out the AC unit. With that, I fully recommend Vincent's Heating and Plumbing a company that, to me, has old fashion values, honesty and friendliness at its core.

Our 30 plus year old water heater finally died last Friday. Understandably the appointment was a couple days out, but the technician (Marvin Schmitz) arrived as scheduled. We had researched some options and he answered all our questions and concerns. What is truly wonderful is that he could easily have attempted to upsell us. Instead, Marvin helped us arrive at a decision that best fit our current and future needs. Not only that, but he had a shiny, new, more efficient replacement installed in less than 3 hours! Super service!
