Nathan did a good job. He was here Saturday night. He found many problems and after the parts arrived he found more. I feel that many of your people don't have enough experience on this system. We had problems after it was installed 1yr ago and it took to or three visits from different techs to solve. I'm beginning to believe this system is not as reliable as your salesman stated.

Sean is fantastic! He came out to inspect a possible water heater issue. Determined it was just normal heating noises echoing into the drip pan. He also took a look at a future project we'll have Vincents perform. He has a great personality, professional and very friendly.

Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

Dylan and Josh were professional and efficient as they completed a difficult job.

Awesome experience with VHP. Working with Austin was "by far" the best experience I've had with buying anything. My furnace was still working, but wasn't very efficient. He made sure I understood my options, so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. I will definitely ask for him, if I need anything for heating or cooling in the future.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Great Service, Marvin was so good about explaining everthing. When he finished showed me every thing that was done. Plus my dog loved him.

Vincent's techs are first-rate, especially Mike, who's been out for repair and routine maintenance several times in recent years. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I've used VHP for our furnace work for a long time and highly recommend them.

When I woke up on Tuesday morning and discovered that I had no hot water, I immediately called VHP for help and asked if they could send Andy out to see what was wrong. I have a very sweet parrot who would not be happy about someone coming into the house without me at home. Luckily Andy has been coming out for for my scheduled twice yearly appointments for several years and has always been a really special and trusted person and who also has a great relationship with my bird. I have been a customer for a long time and feel very very pleased to have such a wonderful company with dedicated, knowledgeable and kind employees and is also true for every person that I talk to on the phone. VHP is a real family business and by the end of the afternoon I had a new hot water tank and my parrot was able to have her daily shower, what a great end to the day.

I had to settle with a different technician than the one I’m used to because my other one was sick. This gentleman tried his best. he said this is going to be a challenging project once he got into it, so I don’t know if it was too much of a challenge for him also I’ve never heard of ZonalValve be loud where I can hear it up in upstairs from the basement and when I was looking at it Never seen the wires hanging in front before and it looks like the zonal valve was put on crooked so I’m not sure if that’s why it’s making the louder noise than normal I know I had to get the issue fixed

Like he first time he worked on our old heating boiler, he found the problems quickly, and gave me the cost, had the necessary parts and in a few hours the heat was working perfectly again. As always the crew was polite, professional, friendly and helpful. This was a difficult installation but the men were always cheerful and conscious of protecting the premises and they did a great cleanup job. Jason? and Tommy are hard workers and did a beautiful job with our new “split” heat pump and it’s doing a great job of keeping our large screen room warm.

We had no heat, and Vincent's service tech Michael did an excellent job. He was on time and found the problem with our boiler for our baseboard heating system quickly. He had the parts on hand and you could tell he was well qualified to make the necessary repairs and did so in short order. I would highly recommend them. They are our go to company for the all of the services they specialize in!!
