Informative, polite, different choices, get all around person

my furnace went out today i called VHP and they came right over. around 4 hours everything is warming up. super nice Brendan and very reasonable

Marvin was very helpful. He quickly diagnosed our problem and replaced our sump pump averting an overflow into our finished basement. I would highly recommend VHP!

Austin is very knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived on time, was willing to explain the performance and needs of my furnace elements. His assessment was honest and he provided high quality service. I felt confident that I could trust his judgement of my furnace repair needs.

We are so very impressed with Marvin S. He does a great job of explaining the work needed and the work that is done. We feel that our work was done professionally, which gives us a feeling of comfort.

I did not rate cost/pricing, as I do not have a price-point to compare to, so not intended as a 'zero' star, but rather 'N/A'. The employees were pleasant and efficient, and I was totally satisfied with the whole experience.

VHP employees are and always have been very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in their field. Nathan exemplifies all of these characteristics and we are very pleased with the service he performed on our A/C unit. He explained the Enhanced Service Plan and we were glad to enroll. VHP has been and continues to be an excellent company to conduct business with.

Today's service call was by Marvin N. As always, exceptional service was provided. I believe Marvin saved me an expensive service call that, in all likelihood, would have occured this winter. A likely problem in the making was caught eary, due to Marv's expertise and professionalism. No one likes to hear bad news from a scheduled service call, but better to catch a problem now, then to be left without heat and water in the dead of winter on Christmas Eve. Don't laugh it could happen. I trust Marvin completely and only want him to service my combo boiler!! Keep up the good work Vincent's, I'm a fan

Brandon explained everything he was going to do with our air conditioning system and answered all of our questions regarding his service plan. He was polite and professional.

Sean & Matt were outstanding as expected. Polite, conscious of work shoe wear, and knowledgeable. Answered questions and were patient with our dogs.

We have had Vincent’s service our boiler before and I would not trust anyone else. The technicians are always professional and friendly. They honestly give you a detailed explanation of the work needed and give options based on your budget.

Mike was very polite and professional like usual and he explained about the surge protecter and brownout capacitor to be installed and why it needs to be installed and how it protects the ac unit.

Austin was very professional, but also very personable. He went above and beyond assisting my elderly handicapped parents in the maintenance and repair of their HVAC systems. I highly recommend Vincent's for servicing, but definitely hope you get Austin!

VJP was attentive to my request / provided immediate response and fixed the issue on the visit to diagnose the “patient;” no need to schedule a service day!

Easy to schedule, efficient and friendly service which was well explained and questions answered

Not only does Andy do the thorough inspection I've learned to expect, but he installed something to protect my conditioner from damage from lowered electrical power during peak hours. In addition, he discovered a small hole in my siding caused by a chipmunk, hopefully early enough to prevent any more damage.

Nathan is an excellent technician for Vincents Heating and Cooling. Yesterday, Nathan conducted a maintenance check on our air conditioning system. He is very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He was thorough in his work and detailed when explaining the results.

Crew was fast . Knew exactly you had to be done . Very well prepared . Group leader was excellent . Answered all my question and concerns

I like when technicians are looking ahead and at the overall picture of things. Like, the unit is getting old and so we need to monitor -whatever. Rather be proactive then sorry later.
