The members of the VHP team who we had contact with (by phone or in person) gave us outstanding service, The ladies we spoke with were knowledgeable, polite and professional. They demonstrate a caring attitude. The service techs (Brandon, Tom and Austin) demonstrated outstanding knowledge of their products and the theory of HVAC. On the job they where professional, and polite to my wife and myself. They took time to explain/answer any questions we asked. They are hard workers never stopping and had a strong working relationship with each other. All of the employees we came in contact with are a great credit to VHP

Michael did the furnace PM including changing the lamps in the UV unit. Took his time to do a proper job, with explanations for what he did. Just an enjoyable experience with great confidence in the skill and aptitude of VHP's techs!

I couldn’t be more pleased with this company from beginning to end. They arrive when they say they are coming, my technician was very knowledgeable about my situation and provided multiple choices, with no pressure to buy a certain level water system. He came back to install and had drop cloths and everything, just like Blue Water Kitchens. Marvin left everything as clean as when he arrived on what was a full day of installation. Super excited to stop battling my rusty water!! My coffee was amazing with the new water😊

Technician arrived within the time window specified, got right to work on the flush of the on demand hot water heater, he identified a problem with the PC board and contacted the manufacturer who agreed that the board needed to be replaced and it was sent priority overnight mail, technician left the area as he found it, would definitely recommend Vincent heating and plumbing to friends and family.

Called office with my A/C problem about a water leak. The lady I talked to said someone would be able to come over in about 2 hours. I knew that all of the technicians would be busy, no problem. He showed up as promised. After going over our A/C unit eliminating multiple possible problems he found the problem. Easy fix he said, I've got the part right in the truck. He even straightened out a small drain hose so it drained better.

Crew arrived on time, very professional in appearance and demeanor. Quality of work was excellent. Left no mess behind.

Able to come out the same day with no extra charge. They made it to my place right on time. Brandon fixed the issue with my furnace right away. Brandon also answered numerous questions that I had. Very friendly and professional technician. I will be using Vincent’s for all future needs.

My serviceman always goes above and beyond for me. for example I asked him why my tap in the bathroom was so slow so he took off the filter and cleaned it for me. He didn't have to take the time, but what a nice guy!!!! Always going a little further than they have to

Our early morning appointment was canceled due to severe weather in the area. We were pleased when the weather cleared and we got a phone call asking if the technician could come back out. Nice to have this job done and off our “to do” list. We were very pleased (as always) with our technicians professionalism and thoroughness.

Marvin is a great technician, and your company provides great service. I don’t mind paying a bit more when I’m able, but if money is tight, I’d definitely have to look elsewhere as VHP is pretty pricey.

We have been using VHP exclusively for our heating and cooling needs for about a decade. The techs are always personable and respectful of our home as well extremely knowledgeable. We trust them to not overcharge or upsell us, either. I'd definitely recommend them.
