Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. Nathan was at my house for 4 hours. I had no heat. He went above and beyond with the repairs and fixing 4 radiators that were no longer working. He is knowledgeable and polite and dedicated. When I need VHP again I will be requesting Nathan! VHP should be glad they have such good employee!

Marvin does his job very well. I never have a problem with anything he works on. He is a credit to Vincents. I am delighted when I hear Nancy say "Marvin is on his way" because I know the issue will be resolved.

We needed a repair for our gas dryer hookup which was emitting gas fumes. Marvin looked over the problem & offered us a quote on the job with several options. We chose one of the higher end ootions of those listed. Marvin solved our gas leak problem in a very timely manner. We were very impressed by the workmanship of the completed job & his resourcefulnes in the use of the project materials. He is a great worker & an excellent representative of the Vincent Heating & Plumbing company. We would very highly recommend him.

On Friday September 11 I decided to purchase a new furnace and ac unit and on Monday September 14 my old unit had been removed and the new unit was installed and running. I was very happy with the 2 gentlemen who did the installation. They put down plastic on my steps and floors for protection that was much appreciated. I was impressed by the truck they came in, having not only the supplies they needed but they could also fabricate the sheet metal needed for the installation. Any questions I had they answered and kept at the job and were very serious about their work. At the end of the day everything they could do was done and I had heat and/or cooling as needed. We set the following Monday to have Greg come back and do a final inspection and to install the air filter which was on order. Greg has done the inspection answered my questions and though we are still waiting on the air filter to come in he has wired everything so when it does arrive everything is ready for it to be installed. Thanks to all at Vincent’s for a job well done.
