We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. All employees on site or on the phone were professional, caring and dedicated to giving us the best service possible. VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. We highly recommend VHP. We are certain the Amana products we purchased will perform as good as the employees who installed them.

Not happy about price but have to except I own a very old home that needs some TLC, so gonna start with furnace upgrade and who better than VHP, trusted in the PH area for as long as I can remember.

Rob has been very great to deal with. He goes about his job with as little disruption to my household as possible. He gives me a heads up if he finds that there is something that he feels needs doing he lets me know pricing and time frame so I can make an informed decision.

We called about midday on a furnace concern, and got same day service, with a call to let us know when the technician was on his way to our house. After looking at the furnace, Brendan gave us sound advice and several service options to choose from. He was very helpful and gave us good information to make our choice. He completed the work quickly and cleanly, and we were very happy with the service call.

Brendan S. introduced himself, came in, and explained what he was about to do and said if there was anything that needed to be done he would let me know. After completing the job he also tried printing a receipt so I could turn it in with the work order to Semco with my next bill in order to get a rebate. He was the first person that actually brought a printer along so I would have a receipt. The previous two years I didn't get a rebate because I didn't have a work order and the proper paper work.

I unfortunately needed a new furnace. Not only did Vincents heating have what are the best prices but they were able to get in the day after I asked for an appointment and get the furnace replaced. Fast friendly and great prices the whole package can’t be beat.
