I was unhappy about the Honduran person who left before the job was completed and another technician had to be called.

Greg was wonderful in giving us a quote and in finishing the work that was not completed by the installers. Vincent's receptionist shared they could stay till six if needed to finish the job. They began to tell me in the morning that they were not going to finish the job but that they wanted to go to another job. They left by two p.m. Wires and pipes were left in an unsightly and unfinshed matter. I was told it would take a day or less. But it has taken two days a week apart. I had to schedule a second day off to have the work completed. When Greg arrived, he had not been told he had work to do. I had to show him what wasn't done. Communication with him from the installers was poor. It was not Vinent's finest hour but I am pleased with the final product as finished by Greg. I will continue to use Vincent's.
