Austin was our service technician. He did an OUTSTANDING job!! VERY polite and professional. Great asset to Vincent's Heating and Plumbing!!!

Ricky re-plumbed my kitchen sink, including re-setting the drains in the double sink. He also ran a video feed of my sewer line, and identified problem spots. As always with VHP employees, he was personable as well as competent. And I liked that VHP has high schoolers shadowing, to encourage more people into the trades.

We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Thank you Michael for your dedication and awesome work ethics!

We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. Nathan was at my house for 4 hours. I had no heat. He went above and beyond with the repairs and fixing 4 radiators that were no longer working. He is knowledgeable and polite and dedicated. When I need VHP again I will be requesting Nathan! VHP should be glad they have such good employee!

Technician arrived within the time window specified, got right to work on the flush of the on demand hot water heater, he identified a problem with the PC board and contacted the manufacturer who agreed that the board needed to be replaced and it was sent priority overnight mail, technician left the area as he found it, would definitely recommend Vincent heating and plumbing to friends and family.

I appreciated the time he invested to answer our questions before and after the service, his willingness and knowledge to discuss all possible options, his courteous appreciation of economic impact, and providing us ways to consider evaluating future options.

Able to come out the same day with no extra charge. They made it to my place right on time. Brandon fixed the issue with my furnace right away. Brandon also answered numerous questions that I had. Very friendly and professional technician. I will be using Vincent’s for all future needs.

My serviceman always goes above and beyond for me. for example I asked him why my tap in the bathroom was so slow so he took off the filter and cleaned it for me. He didn't have to take the time, but what a nice guy!!!! Always going a little further than they have to
