We are very happy to have had Michael come out to our home yesterday to give us his recommendations in replacing our "still working great" 20 year old hot water heater. Having just finished renovating our entire basement due to $24,000.00 of damage from a broken water pipe in the ceiling we didn't want to play the odds of the water heater finally leaking and flooding the basement again. Following Michael's experienced suggestions we had the water heater replaced the same day with updated water and gas piping and shut offs. Michael worked diligently at the job until it was completed entirely. He was very considerate of covering the new carpet with plastic, removing his work boots at times and restoring the room work space to the original condition. We have had Michael to our home and our parents' home a number of times over the years to maintain our furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. Nathan was fantastic from start to finish! They arrived on time, installation was quick, and they cleaned up after themselves! He also took time to show my very curious nephew around the unit and explained things to him 😊 10/10 would recommend!

Very professional yet friendly. Two people came to do annual checkup and both were considerate of the fact I have cats, so made sure the door was closed when they needed something from the truck. One was an apprentice and the other a regular employee/mentor. They were surprisingly quiet but thorough. They are definitely an asset to the company!

Excellent customer service. My hot water went out. Went online filled out service call on Friday Received call right away. Brandon was out that day! Unfortunately we needed new water heater. Order it and was told Brandon be out between 10-12 on Monday. Office called me at 9:40 said he was on his way. He was at my house by 10am. Excellent job! Explain everything fully. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
