I was just surprised that the technician did not change out the furnace filter. You would think that would part of the service.

The staff are all so nice to those on the phones in the office to those that come out to my home. Very happy with this company. They have done both heating and plumbing work at my house and I’m well pleased with it all! Great that they are local too!

Genuine emergency when a failed heat exchanger in our old furnace gave my family carbon monoxide poisoning and had to be shut down fro good in mid-December! Vincents was the only company able to install a new furnace the same day with the right specs and high-quality workmanship. Saved us a long expensive hotel stay...
